Oxfendazole, the sulfoxide form of fenbendazole, is a broad spectrum benzimidazole anthelmintic. Oxfendazole acts by destroying the microtubular structure in the intestinal epithelium of helminths thus inhibiting the uptake of glycogen from the intestine of the parasite.
Oxfendazole is effective in the treatment and control of adult and immature gastro-intestinal roundworms and lungworms (including Ostertagia, Haemonchus, Trichostrongylus, Nematodirus, Cooperia, Capillaria, Oesphagostomum, Chabertia, Trichuris and Dictyocaulus) for sheep, cattle, goats, and swine. It is also effective against roundworm eggs and tapeworms (Moniezia, head and segments).

This blocks polymerization of tubulin by inhibiting of celluar transport and energy metabolism, consequently causing damage to integrity and transport Pharmacodynamic Properties of the parasites?cells.
Fenbendazole is used to removal certain gastrointestinal parasites from the stomach and intestines of animals. It is effective against roundworms, hookworms, whipworms, certain tapeworms and parasites called strongyles and strongyloides. It is also effective against certain parasites of the bronchial tree and lungs (Aelurostrongylus and Paragonimiasis).

Molecular Weight 313.283
CAS No. 31430-15-6
Chemical Structure
Specification EP/CPV
Pharmacodynamic
Properties
Flubendazole is a synthetic anthelmintic belonging to the benzimidazole carbamates which acts by inhibiting the microtubular assembly in absorptive cells of nematodes. It acts by binding to tubulin, the dimeric subunit protein of the microtubules. It inhibits microtubular assembly in absorptive cells: i.e. of intestinal cells of nematodes. This is shown by disappearance of cytoplasmic microtubules, accumulation of secretory granules in the cytoplasm due to a block in their transport, leading to an impaired coating of the cellular membrane and a decreased digestion and absorption of nutrients. Irreversible lytic degeneration of the cell, due to the accumulation of secretory substances (hydrolytic and proteolytic enzymes), results in the death of the parasite.
Flubendazole is a broad-spectrum anthelminthic agent effective against endoparasites such as gastro-intestinal ascarids, hookworms, whipworms found in dogs, and active a range of gastrointestinal parasites in pigs and poultry such as roundworms, and tapeworms, Ascaris suum (large roundworm), gapeworms, Hyostrongylus rubidus (red stomach worm), Oesophagostomum dentatum (nodular worm), Trichuris suis (whip worm), Strongyloides ransomi (adult), Metastrongylus apri (lungworm).Flubendazole is ovicidal.
Storage Keep container tightly closed in a cool, well-ventilated area.

[SELL] Closantel Sodium [2007-02-06]
Substance Name Closantel Sodium
Synonyms
* Sodium N-(5-chloro-4-((4-chlorophenyl)cyanomethyl)-o-tolyl)-2-hydroxy-3,5-diiodobenzamidate,
* EINECS 262-794-7,
Chemical Name Sodium N-(5-chloro-4-((4-chlorophenyl)cyanomethyl)-o-tolyl)-2-hydroxy-3,5-diiodobenzamidate
Molecular Formula C23H15Cl2I2N2NaO4
Molecular Weight 731.080
CAS No. 61438-64-0
Chemical Structure
Specification CP(V) / EP
Pharmacodynamic
Properties
Closantel is a broad-spectrum antiparasitic agent used against several species and developmental stages of trematodes, nematodes and arthropods. The anti-trematode activity of closantel is mainly used against liver fluke. The anti-nematode and anti-arthropod activity is especially used against those species which feed on blood or plasma.
Closantel is an uncoupler of the mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation resulting in inhibition of the ATP-synthesis. This induces a dramatic change in the energy metabolism which finally leads to the death of the parasite.
The drug is widely used in sheep and cattle and can be used either parenterally (s.c. or i.m.) or orally for both prophylactic and therapeutic purposes and is available as drench, bolus and injectable formulations. Closantel has also been combined with mebendazole and several other benzimidazoles in drench formulations for sheep and with levamisole in a bolus for cattle.
Storage Keep container tightly closed in a cool, well-ventilated area.
MSDS Please refer to MSDS of Closantel.
